Your first mistake is chatting non-stop for weeks on end on your phone like she's your penpal or something. Your phone should be used for setting up dates and meeting in person. Save the chit chat for when you're sitting face to face with her. Otherwise she's just going to treat you like one of her girl-pals and friendzone you.
