Should I chase?

Haven't posted an emo-thread in quite some time so figured I might as well write about the dilemma I'm facing.

I was set up on a blind date of sorts with a friend of my mates (she is a girl, the mate). Took all of 3 weeks to sort out logistics as she is busy and I am most of the time.
We met up, had dinner, drove her home. Had an OK time, wasn't my best but she seemed keen to do it again. Cool.

This was last week, I called once last Thursday to setup another meet but she wasn't answering disconnected. Called again on Monday to meet up on Thursday but she said she'd check her calender as she might be busy and she would let me know on Tuesday. Girl 2 who I've been kinda seeing but nothing official rings me up and says she want's to hangout on Thursday. Since nothing is booked for Thursday (ie. Girl 1 hasn't confirmed), I say why not and SMS Girl 1 and let her know that I now won't be available and Sunday seems like a better fit. She hasn't responded and while I admit a text isn't the best way to let her know, she hasn't responded to let me know if she is down or not. I've been calling and setting things up and while she hasn't told me to fsck off.. Idk hey. Really like her and I'm not really desperate but actual cool chicks in JHB are hard to find. :(

She is 21 and kinda hot. Really cool person that I'd prefer to have as my GF as Girl 2 (22) is a bit too much of a party girl and just want's to have fun.
Both are pretty. Both are intelligent, yet Girl 1 just ticks all the boxes.

Thoughts, opinions and no pics :p.

If you're going to say things like that, then you know the rules :p

Anyway I feel that calling is overrated these days. I use whatsapp to set up meetings with friends and potential dates. Reason being that taking calls may not always be convenient, and can actually be an annoyance if you're not in the mood to take a phone call (this happens to me a lot). With a message, they'll get back to you whenever, and if they don't then you shouldn't be chasing anyway...
 
Rather have chased and come out second than to regret never chasing in the first place.
 
Work on girl 3 while you doing 1 and 2. Do this until you get a girl for every day of the week.

LOL might post pics of Girl 2

She doesn't have a smartphone currently as her iPhone got stolen before we could meet up. So no whatsapp etc. Just text or call and she lives the student life so "apparently" she doesn't always have airtime.
That's the excuse at why it takes 3 days to reply to a text :erm:. Which I understand in some parts but come on.. 35c?
