So for the first time in 3 years of playing WoW (yes, I'm not addicted at all and sometimes I got for 4 months without playing at all) I've finally hit the big five oh. (Actually level 51 now ;) )

Now I'm running around in my travel form loving the scenery et all, but I was wondering if I shouldn't maybe rather get a mount?

I'm maybe thinking of the big white tiger thingy or something. How much do they usually go for? I have about 130 gold in my bank character and about 10 gold on my main...

What other cool stuff can I do now that I'm level 50? I tried ZF last night as a tank but the healer totally sucked balls so I doubled as a healer AND a tank.... boy I have respect for the guys who can keep aggro because as soon as I heal rogues (especially those that decided to ****ing vanish while I heal them) all aggro is pointed directly at the poor healer and down I go....

I think I hate rogues...

Evry 1 hates rogues. Dont get a mount now in new patch u will get a mount at level 30 costs 35g for training

AcidRaZor, get your mount already! travel form is so yesterday! Soon your level 60 then the 100% speed increase mount is a must for all those long and boring travels.

Dude, srsly ... get a mount ... the striped frostsaber from Darnassus :D

You might only be on 110g now, but within a few levels you'll be waaaay above it. Cash is really the last thing you should worry about. You'll make your cash back from saving time riding the mount.

What are your professions? (Don't say AAAAAAOOOOEEEEESSSAAAAA like the spartan soldiers :P )

yea but how much is the mount? is it more than the cash I currently have on me? including riding skill?

Haven't done much as professions, gathering bores the **** out of me

I've decided that I won't ever heal a rogue again, espcially if they can use vanish at any point in time and automatically give me the aggro

*lol*

Rogues are bastages, agreed. However I've only been jamming for a month and a bit now and my only char is a rogue. I love the dude. Since we had no warriors/pallies, I always had to be the tank in our groups - with my pleather. What works real well is when the battle is not going to be won, everyone stops attacking and retreats, rogue pulls all the aggro and then vanishes.

If you're revered in a certain city, you can get your mount + training for 85g. Most lvl 40s don't even have that kind of cash and end up borrowing. I lent loads of mount money to mates and they end up making enough $ using the mount to pay me back by lvl 45. Ask your guild to help out. I'm sure they'll understand.

I took on 2 gathering professions - instead of crafting - and it's been very rewarding. At lvl 40 I had 1000g and atm I have enough to buy epic mounts+training for both my questing buddy and myself when we hit lvl60.

Don't let money come in the way of your gaming experience. Auction House is your friend.

Wait, what? A rogue thinking of anyone else but himself?

Inconceivable!

Dude, that's how i roll.

My questing buddy is a clothie ... I stunlock the okes and he fireballs them with his 1337 mage skillz. They're normally dead before they can reach him.

When K@K hits the fan, I normally tell him to belt it and then I vanish... It beats having to wait around for him to rez.
