I have both and have to say the ipad2 is faster(even if it is only by a small amount)
Paging through a magazine the ipad1 takes like halve a second to clear the image and the ipad2 its clear when you page.
Also on most games i can see the ipad2 load faster.The camera i will never use as i would much rather use my phone.
I dont think its worth the diffs if you have ipad1 to sell it and get ipad2.
