That sounds unlikely. A lot of he security features (or holes) wil be open as well. And there is a lot of windows 7 taken over into 10, so I can imagine the hackers and virus writers wil have a field day.
This is a logical proposal, MS, however, can lend them some open-source support to make it more compatible with modern systems. This could also be a rich source to be entertained with on GitHub which will also enable MS with community input to make enhancements elsewhere which will help in making WCOS more popular and acceptable than how people are currently perceiving the variation which is known as W10.
