Should my APN have a proxy set?

I am setting up my replacement S4 after my first one was stolen. I received the CELL C config sms's and I see now that in the internet APN, there is a proxy set on port 8080 - I can't recall there being one entered on the last phone.

Can someone check their working config and advise if their APN also has a proxy set?
