True actually. Government will just raise the bar here. Corruption will still exist within the company, but it will only get worse if it gets nationalized.

Basically anything that has a shared societal good.Things like prisons, roads and health care.

Doesn't mean that private companies providing these services shouldn't exist, if someone wants to pay more for a better private service, then so be it. There needs to be a governmental baseline though.
