Just wanna thank TelkomZA for going the extra mile in getting my ADSL up and running.

I've been trying for 11 months and since dealing with Charl in the last month got it sorted out.

So a big thank you for your efforts!!!

My ADSL line went dead yesterday. I logged a call this morning, Telkom sent a technician out this afternoon and he sorted out the problem in a few minutes. They kept me updated via sms on the status of my call every step of the way. The technician (Hein) was quick and efficient. Really good service overall. I was really impressed with Telkom today and hope that they continue with such a high standard of service.
