Show me the money

An analysis of local equity funds of South Africa’s largest asset managers reveals that they all significantly underperformed the S&P 500.

How much of their assets are in Regulation 28 compliant funds? Because I’d think that over the last ten years, nothing that is Regulation 28 compliant could beat the S&P.

I wasn't aware he is using local equity funds. Sh*t you don't know.

But people knew this. He did use his clients' money, bought only into a small number of pauper companies, like Apple, but bought big percentages of ownership, had the company grow, benefitted, grew the stock from $30 to $120 and then dropped all stock and reaped the profits. Nice way to invest and swing the investments into your own favour,
