I've tested the ShowMax waters with the Android App after having used NetFlix for a few months. It's suprisingly good, but the app itself is not as good as Netflix. It has a little catching up to do, for example:
When watching a series, it does not automatically prompt that it will begin playing the next episode in 10 seconds. It was a nice feature in Netflix.
Also, and this is the reason I started this post - is ShowMax allows me to download for later, great. BUT THEN it won't let me cast the download!! I hope there are some plans to fix this as there is little to zero chance that I'm going to watch the movie on my phone.
