Hello, my mom is having endless issues with Showmax. I'm trying to help her fix them.
What's happening is that when she tries to watch on her Samsung TV, it will play for 5 minutes or so and then give an internet connection error.
I thought it was the 2mb connection, but when she watches on her laptop it works perfectly.
Anyone have any ideas? Showmax support doesn't really seem that helpful.
