Shatter proof glass wall mounted server cabinet

Hi All

I see one of the tender documents that I have has a requirement "Supply new shutter proof glass wall mounted server cabinet with lock and key"

I phoned all over and cannot seem to find anyone that has Shutter proof cabinets.Does this exist ?

I've never specified a shatterproof door but I'd imagine the ones with a frameless glass door (hinges & lock mounted on the glass) would meet that requirement?
