Siblings !

One of 2 - eldest. Have a younger brother.

Interesting thoughts:

firstborns frequently score higher on intelligence and achievement tests than other children

the more older brothers a man has, the greater the probability is that he will have a homosexual orientation.

Other interesting thought: If China continues to practice the one-child-per-family system, then at some point nobody will know what it is to have
a) brothers/sisters
b) cousins
c) uncles/aunts

They will only have a mother, father, two grandmothers and two grandfathers! Sad place...

Then you have one worker supporting 6 retirees' state pensions... Completely unsustainable.

Second of 5 kids. Get along with my siblings fine but don't see them or chat all that often. Life is busy and all that. We get together for birthdays and big events. Around Christmas we give each of the younger single siblings a voucher where they can pick a range of 3 course meals and bring a date to our place to enjoy it. Ensures we see them and their dates now and then at least.

There are already too many chinese people - its the only logical solution to control the population.

I'm one of four .... 3rd born, 2 older brothers and then a younger sister. We are 41,40,36 & 32. Both my boets are Electrical Technicians.... we all get along fine, Still work occasionally on various private projects together. Dunno what happened to me, never even grasped the concept of electricity in school, I still have to phone one of them whenever I change something electrical... blue / brown / green / red / black wires ... confuse me ;)

Youngest of 4
All Married with kids except me :p
both brothers moved overseas but we`re still in touch which is nice.
sister is in pta we also keep in touch

I'm the youngest of a twin set, born an hour after my brother - my brother and I are also the absolute youngest of 8 siblings.

My brother and sister before us are also a twin set, then there's another two brothers and two sisters, all born a year apart.

That makes 8 in total btw, for those who couldn't keep track. :D

PS: My mother couldn't help for the twins but it's a strong trait in her family; her own mother had four sets, and each of her sisters carried twins, but not full term. She is the only one who successfully carried twins full term.

I have a sister (1 year younger). She wants to maintain contact, I don't. She doesn't know where I live and I don't know where she lives. We have nothing in common, same with my parents (they live 2km away and I see them once every 4 months or so. I see (in passing) my sister on a weekly basis as she works in the building next door.

brothers and sisters yes, but why would there be no cousins, aunts, and uncles?

I would love to live so close to my mom!!

Youngest (by 5 years)...

Don't really talk very often, but when we do see each other we get along.

Oldest. Got 2 half brothers. 5 and 7 years younger than me. Live in the USA so don't see them much. LAst saw them in 2008.

However I'm moving to the USA next year so will be living with them.

You cant have aunts and uncles if the parents dont have siblings and no aunts/uncles means no cousins.

Middle of three. Two sisters. All live within 10km of each other including parents.

My youngest sister has three boys and I have two. My two are literally best friends with their cousins of similar ages - has been awesome for us.

You only live once (and you only have one family once).

No. 7 out of eight children. Get along with most of them. Only see them once in a while at home during festive seasons.

You hate kids, pregnant women and now this.

Makes it easier to survive the eventual zombie apocalypse.
