Siener van Rensburg

Do you think there is merit in siener Van Rensburg's predictions?

It will take deft political maneuvering to avoid a crisis. The way we are headed it's not looking good. You don't really need a 100 year old prophet to tell you that. Forget about afro-pessimism/optimism, just remember the Yugoslav War. No-one int he former Yugoslavia thought it would get to war. Not the Croatians, not the Bosnians and not the Serbs. These things happen because people in power either get greedy or screw up.

You have to be blind and stupid to not consider the possibility of mass devastation in this country in the next 4-10 years. If all goes well, then hats off to the top brass. They would have pulled off an amazing victory. However, it's plain idiocy to blindly believe that everything will magically be well forever more.

Do you blame old poor Siener for hating his enemies?
After all, they burnt his farm, killed his cattle, destroyed his house, interned his wife and children and finally killed two of his children in the concentration camp. Thereafter he was locked up in the Fort in Johannesburg.
It would have to be quite a man not to hate his enemies afterward.
Would you have forgiven your enemies?
Somehow i doubt that.

In the Good book God wrote that he punishes the ones he loves.
He also said that he is not a God of love but that he is a vengeful God.
This is the vengeful part.

We have freedom of religion in this country.
You are free to believe in whomever you like.
That is your prerogative.

Of course we aren't living in Pleasantville. But to believe in the ramblings of a racist man and his predictions is just as naive.

You forgot however, to also mention that some people are burdened to death about the chip on their shoulders because they were previously disadvantaged.

You are not disadvantaged anymore. So wake up and smell the coffee.
You have not been disadvantaged for some time now.

It is time to get rid of the chip.
If not for the burden of the chip you might otherwise be a fully functioning member of normal society.

That's quite ironic, you talking about freedom. Even if this great cataclysm that was foreseen does happen and turns things on it's head, you still won't be free.

You'll always be a slave to your dogma, living in fear of upsetting your vindictive god.

No one asked you to believe or read any of Siener predictions.
Yes, he was a racist. It was a hundred years ago. Racism was alive and well then.
 
It's not a case of anyone asking me to believe in it or not. Just trying to show both sides of the fence. While smokey believes we are silly for believing a war isn't going to unfold it's also sillly to believe it's going to happen just because some racist oke said so. One has to look at the situation unfolding right now in order to see where the situation will land up. Isn't that the most logical way to arrive at an opinion?

That was what i have been led to believe. I was not there at the time, so i wouldn't know, if in fact, God wrote it or not.
Also i do not know who has the original.

Ask me about something i know about ( like Sieners predictions) and i will give you a honest answer.

Fine back on topic, does Siener have a hot granddaughter/great-granddaughter? Can she also predict stuff, like when I'm going to bone her?

I would. Mandela's son was killed in a "car accident", so they say, but we all know that the apartheid government had something to do with Mandela's son's death. Mandela was locked up for 27 years, 18 of those years on Robben Island. I once heard on the news once that Mandela right now can't even cry/shed a tear because the time he spent breaking rock on Robben Island damaged his eyes because of the scotching heat. But he still forgave his oppressors, why can't you guys do the same? Why can't you accept that this is Africa, and that the world is moving passed the mentality of racial superiority and into a mentality and age of humanism. I am very happy that people are judging Obama for what he does/did and not for his skin colour. Why can't you just interact with people from other races and stop isolating yourself with the mentality that your race and people are better than English speaking people and blacks?
