Sierra wireless aircard 775

Right. A friend recently bought one of these cards, which the salesman assured her was 3G/HSDPA enabled. I see on the site that has just been end-of-lifed. nice.

Am I missing something? Does the 775 do 3G or is it just GPRS/Edge?

Well the site says only GPRS and EDGE and it says "capable of speeds up to 216 kbps"...

Yeah, thats my problem.

I spoke to the salesperson over the phone, asked him twice if it did 3G/HSDPA and he assured me it did, twice.

I will be visiting him this afternoon.

E.g. Sales person name - Name of the Dealer, Retailer and then your details

Your cell number, name and so forth I'll have this sorted out immediately
