Hi,

RPM, please ask mr White that Telkom must please identify the Proxy giving the problems in such a message. To me it is merely being polite to identify your proxies online.

A message such as this one below is absolutely useless in tracking and solving the error. Which proxy is it and where? Just think what the response of the helpdesk whould be: Sir, I can't help you at all because it does not say it is Telkom's proxy.

A minor detail that could reduce a lot of frustrations.

I've had that too, since September. i'd be happily browsing
and then all of a sudden everything stops. Can't resolve nothing,
it's doesn't even try (ping fails instantly). Only way
to solve it is to reboot PC (about 3 times) before it works.
Very weird, never have this problem when using the ISDN line
also on my PC. (WinXP with XP PPoE client, Telkom ISP)
