Sign-in failed ???

I have an S3. Today , every 5 minutes , I get a pop up. Sign in failed and my email address. Password at server has changed etc.
Yet I can send emails from my phone perfectly to my laptop.

What do I do to solve this please ? Short sentences only please.....3 letter words :D

Go into the account under settings and then into the more advanced setting exchange server settings and change the password there.

Or

Click on the sign in failed and enter new password in the screen it brings up.
 
Thanks guys, will try everything. Have not changed any password so am confused. Deleted and re-added account , no luck.
 
Could be the email server host has changed security settings. Try setting...
SMTP Port: 465 (incoming mail server)
POP3 Port: 995 or IMAP Port: 993 (outgoing mail server)
Security type: SSL
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Thanks guys for all your help. Just been on the phone to Mweb who steered me through a complete new sign up with new details and all is working fine again.
