Signal booster for iPhone 8?

Is it possible to get a signal booster for an iPhone 8?

I live right on the edge of the local mobile towers reception. My calls are very difficult to hear. Is there any specialized hardware I can use to boost the mobile signal out here?

Your carrier should be able to help you - MTN sorted me out with an antenna some years ago and I have clients currently on Vodacom who have signal boosters installed in the office.
