I live in Morningside (Sandton) and up until a month ago I had a perfect 5 bars of signal with VC. Now I often get "no service" inside my house and have to go outside to make a call. I get no data whatsoever whereas before I'd have LTE and get 20mbps+ reliably on speedtests.
I called 111 to log a signal fault but was told I need to supply 5 other Vodacom numbers in the same area (also experiencing the issue) before they will accept a complaint, but I don't know 5 people nearby.
Is there another way to get this looked at, or should I just port my number to MTN?
