signal strength difference on meter and decoder

Hi guys
I have a satlink ws 6933 digital meter.
I did my first installation , it was a reinstallation, dsd 3u decoder. Problem is my meter shows 92% strength , 95% quality but on the decoder its showing 67% strength, 87% quality and the picture is fine.
What does one do in a situation like this?

You adjust the dish/lnb to where the decoder shows the highest signal quality.
