Why does the signal strength on my router fluctuate at different times of day. In the evening from around 4pm only single green light, late evening after 12am 3 green lights. During the course of day 6am till the afternoon fluctuates between 1,2 and 3 lights. Router is Huawei B616s. ISP is Webafrica.
