Update:

Dial Direct system is still being a POS, expecting a call from Standard Bank, Ample Insurance and Santam today. Will have to take the calls in my lunch hour. Gotta get this thing sorted and delivered by the latest next week Monday.

Standard Bank called me just now, ironically Dial Direct sent me my confirmation of cover and noting of interest (with the wrong address)

Sigh, just want to get the bike and then I'll sort all the little niggly details through.
