Hello, I think I have the same problem, received my rain sim 27 hrs ago, Ram courier delivered it and said it will be rica'd and active, don't have to do anything.
No service is all i get on hisense c20 or samsung a5.
Got tired waiting so checked on their webpage to put in the sim iccid no. but says it's already on my order (whatever that means, in any case online registration is only for when received via 3rd party like takealot etc.).
I put in a help request ticket 24hrs ago, they just resolved it (closed-nothing change-no contact)
I also haven't received any sms/email to state that it's activated yet.
Now I don't know what to do, open another ticket?

I also have the same problem. Sim has been delivered yesterday via courier. Still haven't receive any sms or email.

The same for me, the sim arrived on the 9th Feb, it says that it is activated on Rain's website but on the phone there is no network.
