Sim Card management

Hi. Does anybody know of software or a company that does Sim card management. I use Telkom simcards in my Tracking devices and it uses between 25 and 30 meg per month.

I need a system that will monitor this and load another bundle automatically when its running low.

I know of flickswitch but they seem to be costly per month (R13 for Vodacom and R7 for the rest per card) They also cant check Telkom sim cards and top up automatically.

I have done this before, unfortunately not on a local network, I did it before, overseas.
This requires integration with the billing platform, that connects to the network switch.
There is a company in Midrand, called Pattern Matched Technologies, they can help advise you.
