Maybe someone here can help me.

I took out a contract with Nashua Mobile about 3 years ago for my little brother which I never gave him. Now over the last 3 months the bill on the contract has gone from R165 to almost R700. Nashua refuse to give me the details of where the calls were made from saying they don't have the info which is rubbish.

I never check this bill because it's always the same.

What can I do?

Vodacom can pull itemized bills on v4me

I get itemized bills but what I want to know is how do I get the information of which tower the call was made for so I can get an idea of who is using my SIM card.

Why dont you cancel the sim and get a new one and keep it in your safe? who could have the sim though?

think you will need to get the cops involved, because the cell co.'s only release that info when you show them a subpoena.

Report a case, get Cell provider to pull IMEI details on phone

Try phone some of the numbers on the bill. Say u are doing research or something,
Try get names etc. might work.Good luck

If the person is making calls on the sim, maybe they will answer an incoming call. Dial the number and see who answer add #31# before the number to hide your number.

Well to be honest it was stupid not to cancel the sim when it got lost. You are going to have to may them as its not their fault you didnt cancel it. The sim was used, they not going to ask who uses it. Bad luck boet.
