Sim Contract Activation

Need advice:

I got a deal on vodacom where you get 2 phones, 1 comes with the contract sim.

But basically I need to use the existing number I have with the new sim.

Can i do this online?

and what is the method of activation on contract because Vodacom sales rep never actually explained it, I got 2 SMS's with ORDER ID numbers if that helps.

I don't think so you have to port the number which I think can only be done in store with your id and proof of residence needed.
