My son is coming from Europe and would like me (his mother) to buy him a sim data card. Where is the best place to get it? Can I do it with my I D? Which cell phone provider will be the best? He will be in Cape Town/ Stellenbosch and Kleinmond area. What type of price is the best and can one top it up?

If you already have contract, you just need your ID(Vodacom). If you don't, take proof of address + Id and buy a general sim card that he can convert to prepaid LTE data.
