Sim don't activate

Hi there ram did deliver my sim and am waiting now two days no internet I can't used it am trying to reach you but no success I hope you can assist I tried everything but nothing
 
I had the same problem while they say it will take 2 hours. Phone 081 610 1000 and select 2. The first woman I spoke to screamed at me and said it takes 24 hours and then slammed the phone down. I phoned again and spoke to Gert who activated the sim while I was on the phone.

Hopefully you will get through to a professional staff member the 1st time and don't believe the lie if one say they cant do it immediately. Problem is they work from home, no supervision.

I told the last lady from Rain who screamed at me "Jou ma se skilpad pooes". She went very quiet after that.

Wesleybindeman - I had to hold on for 23 minutes before the rude woman answered. Second time 6 minutes before Gert answered.

Will do, thanks for offering to attend to it. I reported her to Gert, Yvette and Bhekimuzi who all said they will trace the call and get the supervisor to phone me. Still waiting.
 
He phoned me and problem was sorted immediately. The sim card on their system had a different number than the one in my router. OMG!
