Sim Installed apps?

I bought a pay as you go sim from Vodacom to test my rooted phone until I'm sure everything is setup fine to start using it fully.
As soon as I inserted the sim some apps were loaded- Vodacom crap.
I've uninstalled them using Appmaster but the lock screen wallpaper and boot animation are still there. How do I get rid of them?
