I got myself a Blackberry Curve 9300 on contract this morning from MTN. I inserted the SIM card around 10:30AM, and since then I've been receiving the message "SIM not provisioned:2" on my device. I was told that I should be able to start using the phone immediately, but I can't even call customer service using the SIM. The only number I can call is the emergency number.
Any idea what's going on? I've tried taking the battery out a few times, reinserting the SIM etc. but to no avail. I understand that it can take a while for BIS to activate, but haven't heard anything about the actual SIM taking so long.
