sim not used for 2 years

I have a old cellc SIM card that I need to start using again but now I put it on my bb it says sim not provisioned:2 what do I need to do to make this sim work again?

Number is probably recycled.

Guaranteed that number has been rehashed. Networks recycle unused numbers after a number of months. You're better off getting a new sim card.
