Sim swap problems

Hi I lost my phone on the 1st of September 2017 at school,I have been trying to do sim swap since Saturday the 2nd of September but unfortunately I keep failing the security question because I forget when I recharged and with how much.I can't even remember the last 2 numbers I called.please please please I really need this number because I'm in Grade 12 and I used this number to apply for my bursary and university admissions.I don't know what to do.is there any other way I could get my number back????
