SIM Swap Still Not Done

My directors phone was stolen yesterday, he went to the dealership, yesterday, did all the paperwork and got a new sim. It has been about 30 hours since submission of the form. and still the number has not been swapped.

This is mission critical phone, and we are loosing business because customers cannot get hold of the Director on a nationally advertised number.

I know from experience that this can be done within 8 hours.

why is it taking so long.........

PM me the number on the new sim (there is a number printed on it) he was given and also the cell number. i will try and speed it up.
