It has thus far taken 5 days for a SIM swap to kick in, and still nothing. Anyone else having such tardiness?

You need to phone 8084nd get a reference number or get the shop you did the swop at to follow up.

Phone them three times a day until they fix it.

Cell Number
SIM number on the new Sim that was issued(This is printed on the sim itself)
I will sort it out for you ASAP.
