Good Morning

I took out a contract with Vodacom via the phone on the 17th February and my cell number still hasn't ported from Vodacom prepaid onto my new contract. I received and sms yesterday on my old simcard saying my registration for contract has been completed etc but my old sim card is still active. How long is it going to take until I can use my new simcard?

I have been trying to get this completed for the last week.
