Sim swap

Looking for help from an afrihost rep.
I borked my girlfriends simcard attempting to cut it from micro to nano. We ran through the sim swap process on the afrihost client zone website. She was sent a new simcard but the new simcard has a new cellphone number. She has exhausted her options to receive help from afrihost via telephone email and social media.
Some of the afrihost consultants and techies didn't even know it was possible to do a sim swap via the client zone. Please advise soonest as she is currently without a means of communication. Also, I advised her to move to afrihost so I look like a right tit now.

I just received a new nano-SIM this morning. I'm an existing customer, and would like to use this new SIM with my existing Afrihost Mobile number.

There are still no instructions online or in the SIM package explaining how to do the SIM swap. Also the sim swap function in client zone errors out with a truly unhelpful error message: https://twitter.com/cvoxel/status/865149293975437312

If anyone else is in the same boat, it indeed turns out that you need to arrange for an MTN sim swap.
