Sim swop : Cost ?

What will be the cost for swopping a 64K VM Sim for the 128K sim ?

Need the 128K so that I can use my Vodacom Merlin U740 data card.

Apparently free, but good luck in getting one though. I ordered mine in November. It would have been "couriered" to me they said. After 2 weeks I phoned them again, but I gave up after that.
