Similar software to Visual LightBox?

does anyone perhaps know of a software program that is like Visual Lightbox - that inserts your jquery images etc into your website for you?

I know most of the Content Managment systems have some sort of Lightbox plugin already loaded, what kind of website is this being added to? a CMS type site like Joomla/Drupal or a PHP site, there are so many things/ways/codes available, you'll need to be clear. (methinks)

well basically i see there are so many great codes for the jquery slider, and for news sliders, and all sorts of great effects and components. I however do not have any knowledge of how to use them? Eg, if I download a particular script - it downloads a js folder, an images folder and a css folder?
How do I use this ?

VisualLightBox provides a GUI which allows the user to insert images graphically, and then change thumbnails, frames, and then provides you with the option to either publish your gallery to html, or you can select a published copy of your website (html file). Visuallightbox then opens and displays your webpage, and allows you to insert the gallery where you choose. then, once you publish your website to your host - it automatically exports the js folder, css folder, etc to your cPanel.

I was just wondering if such a program exists for eg to create something like this:
