Simple iOS app suggestion

Greetings everyone

Can anyone provide some suggestions on the following scenario. Been looking for an app that best suits the needs, and having problems locating one. Hoping someone has suggestions.

I'm basically looking for an app to sync contacts to all iOS devices. The contacts must be read only on the users side, and will be uploaded/editted via a website.

I'm currently using Gmail, but don't want the 2 way sync as contacts added to devices are pushed back to Gmail.

Also looked at CRM type apps, but they have too many additional functions which I do not want to be pushed to the end users.

Anyone can suggest apps to checkout ?

Devices have MDM setup, and can be disabled HQ scans devices that have icloud

What about a small server (nas drive). I'm sure you can do what's needed.

You mean like Exchange Global Address book?

I’m sure there must be loads of options like that.

Currently looking at Appsheets. We just started using it for other purposes.

Works nice for someone with no programming knowledge. Simple interface with demos that I can look at the different app configs. Also lets you do a live preview as you make changes to any app you create
