Sims On Vista

hi guys can anyone help me out with this problem please. my daughter living in the UNITED SNAKES of AMERICA uses WINDOWS VISTA on her computer and we sent over THE SIMS and some expansion packs for her to play as she used to play them here. anyway the SIMS installs ok but when she loads the expansion packs the error message tells her she has not enough space but she has more then enough space on the computer. what can she do to get it to work. thanks

Did she try emptying the recycle bin

but....lol ..no its not thats she is female as she did IT and worked on computers here before she went over so she is clued up in that respect, it just wont accept the expansion packs.

Seems your not the only one with the problem

From a quick google search i came up with this - http://forums.techguy.org/games/577924-sims-complete-collection-problem-2.html

Look there for a solution or try right clicking it, going to compatibility mode and selecting Windows XP or earlier
