Sims stolen from traffic lights...

if only these guys would find ways to use the components from those static traffic cameras now- that I would certainly not be too upset about.
 
so heres a question- if 400 traffic lights are going to cost R8,800,000 to fix, that's R22,000 per traffic light. Simcards cost 50c each and a modem/gps a few hundred tops. Sounds like someone is cashing in here.
