Simultaneous connection on same account possible?

How? Iburst have assured me they cannot do that...

Me first modem was lost the day we were carjacked. I had to have me next modem activated on the account as Iburst claimed that the UTD must be registered on the account and I may only register 1 UTD per account

I went in and talked to them nicely . Mine was also done before they had any"rules" on that type of situation.

But I can assure you that it is working .
