Yeah I used to. I love getting into a nice crisp well made bed.
Also did the dishes straight after cooking, couldn't abide having anything messy.

Now I'm married....bed gets made most days by the SO.
Dishes get packed and unpacked by someone else.
And I've learnt with 2 young kids having things messy is inevitable.

Anyway, no. Research have also shown that it is more hygienic to let your bed breathe.
When I was single and expected company, I would straighten it up a bit, but I hardly ever properly made my bed. Now I probably do it once a week when it is in too bad a state to just get in bed or even straighten it up beforehand.

I make the bed the first time a new lady friend comes round, after that it's unmade just like every other day (except Mondays, my maid works on Mondays so my bed gets made then).

Children make their beds every day. Properly too. Not some half job throw the duvet over. Neat & tidy, sheet smoothed down, duvet square, blankets at the bottom (for the cats to snooze on during the day ).

Every. Single. Day.

Bedding gets changed every 3rd day, mattresses all vacuumed & rotated at the same time. Pillows get washed once a week, replaced every 3 months.
