Single-threaded Downloads

Hi all,

Those of use that have used MyWireless for a while, know all too well that single-threaded downloads are incredibly slow.

I took the plunge and got myself an XBOX360 (awesome btw) and have since joined XBOX Live. When downloading content off of it, I get a whopping 4k/sec! Is there ANYWAY to get better single-thread speeds?

My XBOX connects through my PC using ICS. I use the USB cable and either MySignal or the original dialer software.

Do a speedtest at dslreports.com and if your mtu and rwin settings are correct then its as good as it gets.

I don't get it

I set my Dial-Up MTU to 1500 in DrTCP but when I go to http://www.speedguide.net:8080/ it says 1460.

Can you post a screenshot of your DrTCP settings noswal, please?
