I follow BoB fairly regularly and often see Sinotec LCD's up for grabs. I mailed the seller as to what panels these screens have in them and his response was LG A++ grade.
Another concern is the regularity of these screens up for auction as these are repaired units. I am not doubting the quality of the repair (they come with a 3 month warranty) or the credibility of the seller, just the frequency these screens appear.

Just for the record, if I had R15k lying around I would have one of these 46" monsters in my lounge.
