My recently purchased sinotec 2.0 CH sound bar, which is connected by an aux cable to my Samsung TV keeps turning off randomly by itself. Also each time I turn it on I have to push the sound level up. Is there a way to keep the level the same as previously set?

Return it and get something else. Stay away from Sinotec and Diamond.
