Hey dude, just a thought, if you still have the receipt, almost all the Sinotech TVs have a five year warranty, which would mean your tv is still covered.

No, not if its like the one I have. I have a Sinotech 32" FHD. USB only for software updates

You can also play MP3's and view pictures via USB. I have the 32" FHD version as well.

This only applies if the little warranty post card thing was filled in and sent to Sinotech in SA. Or if you emailed them. I did mine, and emailed them to make sure.
