SIP Provider with no monthly fee

Does anyone know of a SIP provider that doesn't charge a monthly fee and is purely pay as you go, like fresh phone? but want an alternative.

We have a site with 2 SIP trunks one with Ignite and one with Fresh. The Fresh phone intermittantly deregisters and doesn't come back with out intervention, the Ignite trunk just carries on with no issue.
