Hi.I have the exact same issue. Have been battling for almost 3 weeks now with afrihost
When connected to Afrihost none of my sip accounts (3) works
When connected to mobile data they work
Afrihost keeps saying it's Telviva but then why would all 3 fail if one of the three is not a Telviva sip account...
Attached you can clearly see that when connected via Afrihost (wifi or Lan) none of the sip accounts register
As soon as I am connected via mobile data they all connect
I have reset my router and left it off for almost an hour – the problem lies with Afrihost
I have been on WhatsApp support for almost 3 hours

Had a similar issue in the past. SIP provider blocked so many IPs, but my ISP at the time was cool about it and provided their IP blocks, which the SIP provider whitelisted. Finally sorted... AH changed the IP and now it seems to be fine again...
