Hi all you people who Viop.

My sipura PAP 2 has this dial plan

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

If any one could help explain this please ?

I know the following
| is pipe seperating dial plans
[ ] is substitution
S0 is imediate dial

Thanks

Hi voipnow.
You busy setting up your spa3000?
Me too - bit confusing!!!

http://voxilla.com/forum-viewforum-f-14.html

Found quite a bit of info above esp wrt dial plans.
There are some software programs out their that will automate constructing dial plans.

I am using the above but with a <9,:>xxxxxxxxxx< :@gw0> appended in front, which gives me pstn if i dial a 9.

Cheers

SPA-3000 Configuration

Hi

Did you guys get outbound calls via the PSTN and incoming PSTN calls working properly? I got it set up but the speech is lost every once in a while. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yup my PSTN connections worked fine out of the box with the default settings supplied. I did increase my gain settings SPA-PSTN and PSTN-SPA to 3 each as it was a little soft both ways.

There is still lot about this baby i dont have a handle on yet!!

If you want to have a look at my settings PM me a mail addy and i can forward them to you.

Cheers

Hi guys

I'm also busy setting up my SPA3000.

The problem I'm having is that the spa is not putting the phone back - on hook - when either party terminates the call.

Did you adjust the regional setting in the SPA menu, ex ring tone ect?

Shadow.
Did not adjust the regional settings and the call termination works fine most of the time. I did add a PSTN and VoIP long silence duration of 30s just to make sure. If you want to compare settings PM me and i will forward mine too you to look over.
